Make arrangements for Hotel accomodation & interview facilities for clients.
Arranging the candidates to be present at the interview venue on the day of the interview.

Receiving the clients and transporting them to the Hotel.
Co-ordinating in conducting tests and the selection interview
Assisting the client to brief the selected candidates on salaries and benefits.
Post Recruitment
Provide orientation for the selected candidates giving them a detailed overview of the country (and its culture) to which he / she will depart for employment.
Counselling the candidates periodically to make them prepared for the cultural changes in the country of employment and how to adapt to the changes.
Processing the travel documents (visa, emigration clearance) of the candidates for whom the work permit has been approved and embark them on the outbound flights.
